Hazy IIPA brewed with El Dorado, Mosaic, Citra, and Nugget. Poured from a can into a Braxton collins-type glass. The pour is dark yellow and very, very hazy. It sports an impressive crown of 3 fingers with good retention. Really nice nose on this one. Lots of fresh pineapple, orange pulp, lemon zest, and a hint of grapefruit.

Medium body with a soft feel. The taste of the hops is definitely present, but the bitterness is faded like a comfortable old pair of jeans. Up front, there is definitely some malty sweetness which combines with the hops to yield a fresh bread and lemon curd flavor. The hop flavors here are all of the dank or slightly over-ripe fruit variety. It's impressive how the flavors are there but the bitterness is not. The brewer did a very good job with this one.
