Cold IPA is an inventive new style whose aim is to create a crisper IPA. Fermented at warmer temperatures on Lager yeast for the cleanest yeast character before being heavily dry-hopped with Citra and Simcoe. Expect a magnificent blend of citrusy cannabis notes, clean assertive bitterness, and a bold clean finish.
