12 ounce can, canned on 02/16/22, another brew thanks to Brutaltruth! Served in a chalice, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch and a half tan head. Head retention is good and there's a decent amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like burnt/charred malt, cacao nibs, coffee and chile peppers. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some brown sugar. Heat from the peppers isn't strong but kicks in a little bit after it warms. There's also a nice vegetal peppery flavor. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's coating and a bit creamy with a good amount of carbonation. If you like mole stouts then give this one a try, I know I'd like to try this one again sometime!

Single can from Jungle Jim's
Black, no light penetration. Thin brown head, fair retention.
Aroma of dark chocolate.
Taste has bold chocolate notes with the peppers kicking in all the way at the finish.
Enjoyed it!
