Pours a hazy golden with a thin head and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is subtle with cereal notes, a dash of lemon and elderflower. Body is light but carbonation is quite lively. Taste is quite crisp and refreshing. That malt character definitely comes through in the form of some sweet toffee notes. Very easy to drink.

Dark straw coloured beer with a typical 'spoons head (I was in the Coatbridge branch). Chalky white wine nose (reminds me of cheap pony bottles of supermarket lager), watery feel with a faint rose flavour, like watered dow Turkish delight with a hint of raisin. Far too watery given the mid-range ABV. The best I can say is that it gradually builds up a decent hoppy aftertaste.
