While this is a sour thats been done for aeons now I personally think this is one of Lovelands better options in this series. The nose honestly fails for me but if I bring it down lower it makes the rating unfair. The smell is faint but the taste itself is good and clearly raspberry and raspberry only like it should be. I remember this style being my favorite Funkwerks release as well. This is one of Lovelends best offerings

L:. Pours a hazy reddish pink with a medium pink white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Notes of tart and sour raspberry, a touch of other berries, but mostly raspberries. Aroma is a little one dimensional.
T:. Sweet raspberry candy, followed some tart raspberries and a touch of sourness. This is a nice taste.
F:. Smooth carbonation, medium body.
O:. This is a very nice sour raspberry ale.

A: The beer is very hazy reddish orange in color and looks a little like pink grapefruit juice. It poured with a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sour raspberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has stronger flavors of sour raspberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't as sour compared to other beers in the style but has some refreshing properties with the raspberry flavors.
Serving type: on-tap
