This is yummy I just still feel like all their sours are mostly just sour and not a lot of variation. I'd like to have all these again though, fun stuff to try!

another excellent fruited variation of this delicious kettle sour, not exactly a berliner, but i dont see an american sour ale that isnt wild as a category choice, so this is probably the closest category approximation. lightly hazy from the tap with an orange glow and not a ton of head after it settles for a second. aroma is tart lacto, a fairly intense mouthwatering pucker to this, but in line with other beers in the series and quite clean for how robust it is, professionally done for sure. the guava is cool, tropical and sort of making me think of orange and pineapple juices for some reason. i think its because we so rarely see guava in isolation, but rather most commonly in beers with a range of other, sometimes more readily identifiable fruits, and so its true identity in beer remains somewhat unfamiliar to me, nice to be able to appreciate it by itself here, which is true in the flavor too. the guava is both sweet and fleshy, and a little tangy, especially with the strong lactic acidity in here, its fresh and sunny and sort of playful in here, really tasty. simple pale wheaty base, more of it though than we usually see in these quick soured fruit beers, this is both stronger and fuller bodied than most of its peers. the acidity pushes it towards dry in the finish, and while more carbonation wouldnt hurt, i like the feel of this overall. cool expression of guava, and another tasty sour from loveland!
