Picked up on a lark while in Colorado for my brother’s wedding.
The pour is stout black with a short (and shortly lived) manilla colored head that left sparse lacing.
The taste is chuck full of chocolate, though there is none in the additives. No lactose either, or coffee, so not sure why they went with Mocha as an identifier.
It is a bit sweet, but for something labeled as a pastry stout, quite restrained.
The feel is a light viscosity; too thick and it’s syrupy, this avoids that fate. Very quaffable.
OA, I just picked up a single but now I wish I had gotten more.
