On tap at the brewery's taproom in Brevard NC.
Appearance. Cloudy mango colored body with a very good white head.
Aroma. Fruity wheat bread; not as specifically mambo as expected.
Flavor. A fine mix of mango, bitter hops, hints of guava and wheat bread.
Mouthfeel. Full bodied with well set, soft but lively carbonation.
