Good starting head that leaves a cross between blanket and spots. Copper color and clear.
For the smell, think rosemary bread. There's a bread smell to this beer. Plenty of rosemary to the nose.
This is a spicy beer--plenty of rosemary bite. In a word, dry. Decent body with a very level of carbonation. The aftertaste is like sucking on a rosemary twig, which is similar to black pepper.
