Small but lasting head. Light brown color with some cloudiness. The settled rim bubbles leave some sporadic spots.
Smells like ginger snap cookie, complete with the cookie sweetness of toasted dough. Lots of ginger but not sharp to the nose.
Thin bodied and lightly sour, this doesn't taste like it smells which is frankly quite disappointing. Almost no sweetness and the flavor is closest to dishwater in description. Ugh!
