No head and no lace. The color is nearly black where light cannot penetrate the edge of the glass.
Strong sweet hot milk chocolate aroma. Very creamy. Takes me back to my childhood when I smelled the powered chocolate packets from Carnation.
Lots of milk chocolate, particularly in the swallow. Very rich with nearly no carbonation. Very creamy. There's a strong vanilla presence as well. I catch a bit of hop bitterness in the background in the aftertaste.
