Dark brown color. Light shines through on the edge. Good starting head but settles only to rim bubbles. Some streaky lace.
Dark bitter chocolate aroma.
Unsweetened cocoa for flavor. The dry rye flavor only shows up in the swallow. The aftertaste is of chocolate covered strawberries. Moderate body, elevated carbonation.
