This was the second beer on my "Hoppy Beer" flight at the Boston Beer Works at Fenway. This beer had a light yellow appearance with a clear body and a thin head. Unlike the Contender IPA, which I also had on my flight sampler, this IPA had a typical hoppy and floral aroma for an IPA. The beer had a bittersweet flavoring of hops mixed with a crisp carbonation, making this a pretty drinkable but average drink. Overall, not too bad.

A Session IPA is nothing more than a high hopped pale ale, no? This one is 4.5% ABV with an IBU of 55.
Clear gold color. Steady thin head which leaves a blanket of streaky lace.
Flowery hop aroma. Attractive yet soft.
Good hop kick, but a bit watery. Highly carbonated. Basic but tasty.
