Beer was straw-colored with a slight haze. Notes of dark, tart fruit on the nose. Lemon mouth-puckering sour flavor, but overwhelming or astringent in any way. Crisp and light mouthfeel with medium-light carbonation. Very delicious, and probably my favorite in the four-beer flight I got.

Cloudy straw color. Nearly no head; only a couple of spots for lace v
Sour smell with little earthiness.
The taste is similar to a SweetTart but with a touch of earthiness to it. Tart finish and aftertaste. Thin body with a high carbonation. True to the Saison expectation.

Had at Hingham location. Taste is sour mix, light salt, wheat, with slight orange and lemon. Really sold beer that is just sour enough. Easy drinking. I will look for this again.
