Beer was a nice clear golden color. I got a ton of grapefruit on the nose, which was odd on both the side of being a Belgian and being a pale ale. It wasn't unpleasant, though; I actually really enjoyed it. There were grainy malt notes hiding behind the fruit aroma. It had a crisp, medium-light mouthfeel with prominent grapefruit flavor and crusty bread flavors in the background. As the beer warmed, the notes from the Belgian yeast finally began to make an appearance.
If I was rating this purely based on the description of it being a Belgian pale ale, I'd probably rate it lower, but I honestly enjoyed quite a bit, so I rated it higher.

Pours a cloudy bright yellow color. Taste is pine, tangerine, alcohol, and a bit of wheat. Above average for the style with a slightly hoppy bite. Could do a couple of these.

Huge 90% foam head that takes several pours by the bartender. Served with a single finger of head. Cloudy from the yeast with a dirty gold color.
Biting yeast aroma as one might expect from the style. Prickly with strong evergreen overtones.
Smooth start, even light pale malt describes the start of this beer. The yeast and moderate hop take over. Not as "Belgian" as the real thing, but plenty of authentic flavors to make it true. Thin bodied with an elevated carbonation level.
