Deep copper color. Clear. Small head with a minimal amount of lace.
There's perfume to the smell -- I get lavender, honeysuckle and rose. Missing is any Belgian yeast or floral hop.
Earthy, with the aforementioned flowery notes. Darker malt base with a bitter finish and aftertaste. Notably, there's no Belgian yeast flavor.
