A- Light straw / Orange, very slight haze and a light white head
S- Strong funk / Lacto nose with hints of citrus, cranberry
T- Opens with a tart, going on mouth puckering, that has spikes of sweet orange and tart cranberry with a lingering citrus sweetness
M- Light mouth feel, very refreshing, no alcohol warmth
O- Being a kettle sour the lactobacillus is married very well with cranberries. There is a nice tartness / sour notes with citrus notes and cranberry.
