Ruby brown color. Light does pass through the center of the glass. Small head and no lace.
Dark semisweet chocolate with sweet caramel nose.
Bittering malt start (Black Patent) which reminds me of iced coffee. Thin bodied like most stouts but not quite as burnt in the flavor. Ample carbonation. Chocolate finish and aftertaste.
