This required a triple pour due to the size of the head. Very foamy. Served with a two-finger head. It does settle within five minutes and continually leaves rings on the glass. The liquid is hazy with green hued straw color.
Nice, soft pale malt smell reminding me of the Helles beer from Munich.
Creamy body and taste -- lots of unfermented malt sweetness. The hop is light particularly for an American made Czech pils. The hop bitterness is barely perceptible but enough to provide balance in the finish. It is stronger in the aftertaste as the malt fades.
