Tawny brownish amber with a light tan sticky lace. Clean aroma with faint roasted malt. Mildly sweet palate upfront, smooth and semi-crisp with a light to moderate body. Minimal bitterness that has no problem balancing in the drying palate. Malt character is dry and ranges from light over caramelized sugar to hints of coffee and dark chocolate
none are too expressive. A good change up from the more hops beer from Beerworks, very drinkable and good to pair with the country pan-fried chicken.
