I was not very impressed with this one. The feel of the mouth was ok but not great. The sour taste was not there, but the beer looked and smelled great. Needs to be hopped more or something. A little more work on this one and i think they have got it.

This Belgian white style ale has a nice golden color and light body. This one is not bad, but not hopped enough. The sweet flavor is a little too much for the style. It doesnt have the light sour tang of some of the better whites.

This brew was served with a slice of orange, I tossed it as I would that trivial garnish of a flowered radish that is sitting next to my steak. Hazy pale orange hue with a densely bubbly lace. Soft citrusy and earthy aromas with a touch of spice. Moderate bodied with a cleansing crispness. The carbonation adds as much smoothness as crispness. Tad raw in the palate as a witbier should be. Grainy and earthy with citric peel and spice
coriander and others are too hard to pick out. The finish is dry, nutty and grainy.
