Nearly clear, neutral gold color. Minor head, especially for the style. No lacing at all.
A bit earthy with some of the that "beef stew" nose that I do not like. With some concentration, I get a whiff of banana.
The flavor is huge improvement to the smell. The traditional Wit flavors are here: wheat, banana and clove. The start is very neutral but the swallow draws out the expected flavors. There's a nice, light bitterness in the finish.
