According to the bartender, Baby Hercules comes from the second runnings of Hercules Strong Ale. So you guessed it, this is technically a small beer. On to the beer:
Served in a tall 22 ounce glass, the beer glows orange with a whipped-like, billowy head that's everlasting. The beer is creamy sweet, with some fruity esters creeping around. Light bready notes. Band-aids prevail too. The body is vey soft, creamy, and light. Sessionable.
A very good small beer by Beer Works. Went well with my panko chicken entrée.
