Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Cloudy amber with a thick frothy off white head that retains nicely.
Smell: A little phenolic with hints of sweetness and grain.
Taste: Very smooth, a bit creamy and medium in body. Mild phenols with a mix of fruit, bread and malt sweetness. Lightly hopped yet balanced quite well.
Notes: Fermented with a German wheat yeast strain and a generous amount of malted rye in the grain bill make for an interesting rye ale.
