Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Clear gold in colour with a creamy white froth of a lace.
Smell: Mildly coarse hop, light sulfur and a little sweetness.
Taste: Crisp and smooth with spicy estery alcohols, sweet grain and an even hop bitterness. All which dries up a bit in the end.
Notes: A very refreshing flavourful cream ale. Fermented out with a lager strain and finished of with an ale strain.
