Had on 3/11/11.
This beer pours a cloudy golden amber with a one-finger head into my glass.
There's only a hint of floral, citrus hops in the nose followed by some malt.
Lots of alcohol burn followed by hops that are more on the grassy end with a touch of mint. The malt base is there, lending a hint of breadiness to the overall flavor.
Mouthfeel is full of lingering flavors, mainly mint from the hops and alcohol.
While it's not the greatest example of this style, you could do a lot worse. Its a difficult style to pin down and unless you're looking to gain more knowledge of said style, I'd avoid it.
