On-tap at Beer Works Fenway
A: The beer pours a pale amber color with a dense white head.
S: Lots of spicy phenols with a lot of white pepper and clove on the nose. A bit of banana as well as some sweet pear and apple. The more typical malt aromas such as bread and toast.
T: As with the aroma, heavy on the pepper and clove notes. There is a more subtle pear and banana flavor and an even fainter apple note. Some yeast to go with the bread and maybe a hint of graham cracker.
M: Medium body and medium carbonation.
O: Pretty standard Belgian pale. Nothing great about it, but nothing awful either.
