Walked into canal street beerworks for a beer yesterday and was pleased to see a sour on tap.

This beer pours a light purple hazy color with a small light purple tinted head. The smell is amazing with a nice sour acetic smell and hints of berries. The flavor is not as sour as the smell and the blackberries are a little lost. The mouthfeel is light with good carbonation. Overall the beer is good a solid B. if I had to guess I would say it was not aged long enough but that is just a guess
