Appearance: minimal head, moderate carbonation, orange-gold in color, hazy
Smell: Belgian spices--coriander and cardamom, orange, and lemon
Taste: Belgian spices--coriander and cardamom, orange, lemon, sizable of alcohol, and a bit of creaminess
Mouthfeel: sweet and creamy, moderate carbonation, medium bodied
Overall: An average witbier that is exceptionally creamy--which I do like. The alcohol is very present here and I feel sometimes that takes away from the other flavors in the witbier. Beer Works is hit and miss with their special series, and while this one is not a total miss, I think I will pass in the future.
