Black Falls is our award-winning Black IPA. Deeply opaque with ruby hues, this brew features rich chocolate flavors and aromas accompanied by a huge load of fresh fruity hops. The dark malts of winter meet bright citrus hops; a marriage of beer's most flavorful components in beautiful balance.

White Street Black IPA served on tap by the brewer himself. Poured nearly black with a great head. Aromatic, with a load of very dark roasted malt, some sweet malt and a hint of charcoal. The hop load mainly comes into play in tasting where, unfortunately IMO, it mostly contributes a strong bitterness; a characteristic I think combines poorly with the burnt flavor found here.

Excellent smooth feel, with medium-full body and medium carbonation.

O: great potential but misses with too much hop bitterness and malt char, although it will appeal to folks who like a more aggressive ale.
