A Imperial Helles Bock
IBU: 26,
Body: a very transparent light amber with a hint of gold and orange body. Not much head that dissipated rapidly (normal for these beers it seems)
Smell: alcohol especially after it warms. sweet grain
taste: alcohol, grain, touch of honey/ floral hops. and maybe white bread. sweet but not overly sweet. A very clean beer. Fairly smooth
Feel: slightly syrupy,
You taste the ABV but still considering the flavor profile the abv is rather well hidden. It's not a strong flavored beer. The flavors are rather light duty considering the ABV. I like it and would/will drink more. 3.96/5 overall
