Latte Più (blanche with coriander and grapefruit and orange peel) with cherries from the Piacenza area.
Notes of cherry and lactic acid on the nose.
Red color similar to ruby, a little less intense, but a little brighter.
Evanescent foam that will sweep by itself right away.
In the mouth very light body and characterized by a lively carbonation.
Cherry taste that dominates a light note of coriander before a lactic note that is sometimes more astringent, sometimes less, to characterize the beer.
Dry finish with slight astringency on the tongue.
Pleasant taste of black cherry on the palate.
