Appearance: Arrives with very little foam to cap the fudge brown liquid; a ring of bubbles circles the liquid leaving very little lacing
Smell: Chocolate and charcoal
Taste: Chocolate and charcoal launch the taste experience with a touch of piney hops and coffee arriving in the middle; the finish is in balance between both malt and hop elements; the coffee builds in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate but slightly tingly carbonation
Overall: A lot of flavor is packed into this relatively low ABV stout; the mouthfeel is a little odd for the style but that is a minor issue
