On tap at Cask Pub and Kitchen. Pours basically black with a small but densely thick and creamy creamed coffee head that leaves creamy lace all over. Nose is beautifully sweet marshmallow with milk chocolate and lightly toasted malt in the back. Taste brings that milk chocolate to the forefront. Very soft for 9% and no alcohol. Sweetness works well with the marshmallow concept, but also limited the drinkability (although it is not overly sweet or cloying). Not a bomb, but a soft marshmallow pillow of a beer. A real treat and something out of the ordinary.

330 ml bottle, Brewer's Droop, Bristol - Pours jet black with a very small tanned head which quickly disappears. Medium carbonation. Aroma - Marshmallow, vanilla, strawberry notes. Taste - Sweet, marshmallow notes, dark malts and chocolate overtones, burnt sugar, roasted medium bitter finish. One to sip and enjoy after dinner instead of the sweet trolley.
Chocolate version 330 ml bottle, Beer Emporium, Bristol - Same mallow hit with a little added chocolate notes. Another hit but not enough to increase the rating.
