Copenhagen 4/6 2026, 44 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. A guy in a blue hoodie and red trousers turning his back on me on the white can.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a slightly stronger citric scent. Ripe nectarine and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Tart and dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Not too heavy DIPA.
