Can you guess which song has been stuck in our heads that just doesn’t seem to go away? Everything you could ever want in a full bodied pale ale - Packed full of Yuzu (what’s Yuzu? Think a mashup of sour lemon, grapefruit and sweet orange), you’ll get a punch of citrus on every sip. Oh, and the song was Feliz Navidad…

Copenhagen 18/12 2023,. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Light blue can with yellow and green slanted letters and Tiny Rebel's vandalized little bear.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow - with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense with a light whiff of sweet tropical fruit soon overpowered by a distinct scent of citrus fruit. Pineapple and peach. Grapefruit, lemon and yuzu.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intensewith a a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is a tad thin. Bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Tart pale ale with a fitting Yuzu infusion.
