330 ml bottle, from the Norwegian importer. ABV is 7.4%. Slightly hazy golden colour, low white head. Moderate aroma of American hops, some dryish "dusty" notes in the background. The flavour is fairly sweet, with plenty of fruity and piney American hops. Bitter finish. Not perfectly balanced.

Pours golden orange with a medium head that leaves just a small ring and spotty lacing. Nose is nicely fresh citrus, sugar, and floral. Not a blast up the nose, but nicely aromatic. Flavor adds some malt and more of a pine-hop flavor. Nice malt/bitter balance. This is a dang good brew.

Bottled and bottle conditioned
Golden bodied with lovely lasting foamy white head
Big fruity hop flavours
Not much evidence of the fairly big alcohol making it dangerously suppable
Double IPA + Top all time Brewerys + Vid Game Reference = Tiny Rebel's Hadouken top stuff

Pours amber with a large, fading, white head.
Nose shows heavy malt, pine, herbal notes and dank resinous hops.
Flavours follow along the same lines with heavy sweet malt followed by piny hops.
Carbonation could be just a little bit higher.
Good stuff.

Had this on tap at Craft Beer Co. in London. Dark copper-orange pour with a one finger creamy white head with great lacing and retention. The nose is intense and resiny with an abundance of pine and citrus along with hints of toffee lychees and brown sugar. The taste follows suit with really intense pine and citrus notes that are nicely kept in check by a perfect balance of sweet caramel malt. Very herbal and pungent without being in your face and over the top. Hints of carmelized brown sugar orange peel any just a touch of ginger round out this rich and flavorful IPA. The mouthfeel is syrupy thick and oily with a perfectly balanced finish. Overall this was a surprising beer from a brewery I'd not been exposed to before this trip to London. One of the most balanced big IPAs I've had to date. Tiny Rebel has definitely grabbed my attention!

A 330ml bottle with a BB of Jan 2014 (batch 082). Picked up a little while back from Trembling Madness in York. Described on the label as an amplified IPA named after a video game move. Cool artwork.
Poured into a Duvel tulip. A deep orange-amber hue with good clarity and medium carbonation. Yields a decent head of creamy white foam that lasts for a few minutes before reducing to a patchy surface layer. Aroma of juicy hops with notes of orange peel, lime, citrus, tropical fruit and pine. This is underpinned by sweet caramel malt, faint earthy yeast and a twinge of warming booze. There is also a pervasive hint of buttery diacetyl in the background - yuck....
Tastes of intensely fruity hops with a powerful bitter finish. Notes of grapefruit, orange peel, citrus, pine resin, tropical fruit, grass, caramel malt, earthy yeast and stewed hops. The underlying maltiness is slightly sweet, and there are hints of alcohol and diacetyl in the background. A strident, spicy bitterness upon swallowing. Mouthfeel is smooth and tingly - the hop oils stimulate the palate. Decent body but the carbonation is lacklustre, resulting in an underwhelming texture. Somewhat astringent, with an aftertaste of bitter aromatic hops and mild malt.
A shedload of hops! A tasty brew and a hop-head's delight. It looks OK, while the aroma and flavour are dominated by fruity hop notes and a scouring bitterness. So-so body; could use more carbonation. Some diacetyl, especially in the aroma, which detracts from the beer's character. A good effort, but could be improved by conditioning with live yeast - this would help minimise off-notes and add depth to the flavour. An impressive DIPA nonetheless; well worth sampling if you chance across it.

Pale amber with meringue-like eggshell head that spider webs.
Intoxicating pineapple, floral, resin, hopsack nose.
Choux pastry, spun sugar and peach then pine needle, tangerine and lemon drop hops.
Candied white grapefruit end and orange peel linger.
Creamy, soft, medium, clingy, no heat.
Killer nose, great lace, silky body. Wields hops like a scalpel. Almost a Lagunitas clone.
Grand slam.
