Lumpy, snowy, clingy, creamy head over slightly reddened brass with trailers.
Wax, lemon, flowers, musk melon and some coriander leaf on the nose.
Table water crackers, Juicyfruit, mead (honey and herbs), flowers, a blast of white pepper, then herbal and grassy hop end.
Perfumed finish and herbal linger.
Crisp, lt-med, heat totally hidden.
Lots of sweet, flowery citrus. US hops in there? Superbly tasty and smooth, untraditional but still very much a tripel.

Poured from a 330ml bottle into a Fullers snifter glass.
Pours a cloudy golden colour with a creamy white head.
Smells very fresh, sweet, and slightly spicy.
Tastes delicately sweet, boozey, and of spice from both yeast and hops.
Overall a pretty great effort from a British brewery. Reminiscent of Westmalle's version.
