Had this on 2016-02-25 in Columbia, PA from a fresh growler (2 hours old)
A - Hazy golden-orange with a 1.5-finger white head and decent lace.
S - Tropical, dank, citrus, cracker, and a pleasant earthy/herbal spice that I can't put my finger on.
T - Brief taste of tropical yields quickly to a yellow grapefruit flesh bitterness that is engulfed in hop bud oils and that earthy/herbal spice from the smell. As it warms, the cracker flavor increases and even becomes like a sourdough cracker. Even with the significant grapefruit bitterness, there's still some mango and pineapple in the background. Lots going on with this beer.
M - LIght-medium body and carbonation. Soft on the palate going down but prickly on the tongue after the fact.
O - I'm impressed. There's so much flavor for a 5.0% beer. This is the beer to have if you want to really focus on what this Galaxy hop can do. Not much malt to get in the way and it's about as dry as can be.

Bright and hazy golden orange with a tall white head and spotty lacing. Notes of tropical fruit, mango, papaya, orange pulp, and bitter hoppy resin on the back end. Crisp, nice snap of carbonation fills the pallet and goes cleanly with a higher end of light body. This was solid, if it had a bit more body, restrained bitterness and the fruity forward flavor carried through this would be a world beater.

I filled up a growler from the place to try out the new beer. I have never had galaxy hops so i was intrigued to try it. I also wanted to try a lighter beer to try to ignore all the snow and cold weather. The beer had some citrus flavors. There is a hint of peach in the fruity characteristics. I enjoyed this beer a lot and wish i bought 2 growlers.
