Hazy golden, small white head that fades but laces well. Mild dank hop aromas. Notes of citrus, pineapple and pine. Lighter end of medium body, clean all the way through and lightly dry. Nice IPA overall.

Poured from a 16 ounce can, the beer pours a hazy orange amber color with good head retention and lacing. On the nose, this is all NZ hopes (sauvin?), with considerable celery root and onion, but with some nice underlying tropical fruit as well. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, in this easy to appreciate IPA from Vault. Mouthfeel is fairly light otherwise, and drinkability is superb. Alcohol is very well integrated into the flavor profile, and I thought the light sweetness in this beer was balanced very well by the moderate hoppy bitterness one picks up.
Nothing earth shattering here, but even so, this is a very enjoyable, very easy to appreciate IPA from this new to me brewery.
