Cloudy yellow, Nice, white head. Tropical mix in the aroma with mango standing out. Rather sweet, malty taste with some astringent hoppy bitterness at the end. Not bad, but a bit too sweet.

I had this beer on tap in an Irish pub. Absolutely delicious cashmere piney resin presents iced diced pineapple and mango forward. Full flavored with an edge and so smooth.

Vault Brewing Co. "Of Hops and Clouds"
16 fl. oz. can "PKG ON 02/09/23" and sampled on 04/25/23
$15/4-pk @ Original XIII, Phila., PA
Notes via stream of consciousness: Carefully poured, a very hazy golden body is capped by a fine-bubbled, rocky head of white foam. The aroma isn't the brightest for an NEIPA but I'm getting notes of citrus, sweetish malt, and berries. On to the taste... as usual it follows. It's brighter, clearer, and more complex. The malt is sweetish, lightly grainy, and a touch floral from oats. It's not that bitter, and I'm guessing that it's below 30 IBUs, maybe 23 to 28 or so. I'm getting notes of sweet red berry, tangerine, pineapple, guava, mango, passionfruit, peach, passionfruit, hop resins, and pine. There's some "hop burn" to it that helps to balance it and it finishes with fruit fading quickly to leave behind resins and pine. In the mouth it's medium bodied, delicately bristling, and then smooth. As an everyday drinker it's hard to argue with.

on draft, served in tulip glass
opaque pale yellow in color, not much head. Fruity hop aroma, taste is a little juicy, fairly sweet. Medium bodied, a little slick.
