Brewed with German malts and gently hopped with HMF (Hallertau Mittelfruh), this lager starts easy with a pillow of soft malt and follows through with a noble kiss of HMF hops. Traditionally brewed & lagered extra-long for a smooth and complex interplay between our four (4) favorite ingredients. Notes of white tea, fresh dough, wet earth and subtle melon on the finish.
