It's a light and bright copper-amber with a bit of an off-white head. Much more translucent than opaque, it's also a little lighter shaded than some within the style. The aroma is sweet, like a sweet roll pastry without the cinnamon. Sweetness is a major part of the taste, too. Yet, there's plenty enough hops to enjoy along with the sweetness. Enough to complement the sweetness quite well. Sweet, but not too malty, hoppy but not too bitter, this captures the style very well. With a body remarkably rich and smooth for a lager, this is well done. There may not be much glass lacing to describe, but when a brew tastes like this, that matters little.
