Hidden Values is a Belgian-style witbier brewed with raw wheat, domestic pilsner malt, coriander, orange peel, and conditioned on tangerine puree. Zesty aromas of freshly peeled citrus fruit and white pepper lead the way to refreshing waves of tangerine nectar, orange marmalade and Juicy Fruit chewing gum.

Medium light carbonation with a slightly syrupy body which added up to a nice feel.
Aroma is definitely citrus fruit and peel with the pepper and coriander adding balance and making it very interesting.
Taste is the citrus which is consistent from beginning to end with the pepper and coriander showing up to really make the flavor interesting.
Overall I think this is a tough style to get right and this was an excellent attempt at the style
