Presenting Liquidator, our Doppelbock. Originally brewed by fasting monks as liquid bread. Our iteration is brewed with Munich, Pilsner, and Vienna malts, and German Noble hops. Decoction mashing and a four plus hour boil deliver deep and roasted pecans, all of which is buffered by an earthy hop kiss. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated for double drinkability.
