Copenhagen 14/9 2021. 33 cl bottle from Best of Beers web-shop. Vault City's usual design with the lattice gate in a red, green and black version.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity scent mingling with a sour citric odor. Raspberries and watermelon. Citrus and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling and lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is a bit thin and sourish. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit on the thin and watery side. But I suppose that is to be expected in this case.
