Poured into a tulip pint.
Appearance
Gold with 1 finger of white head. Nice retention and sparse cloud of lacing left behind.
Nose
Lemon, papaya, mango and caramel.
Taste
Lemon juice, mango and papaya. Light caramel backing with touches of breadiness. Some light florals on the back end.
Mouthfeel
Medium bodied, juicy and crisp.
Overall
Very west coast style keeping the malts thin and the hops big and juicy. Very nice tropical fruit notes along with the lemon. A stellar APA. Kind of reminds me of Daisy Cutter.
