It has a nice look to it, but the smell is a bit uninteresting and it is unfortunately way over-carbonated, so the flavours can't come out nicely. It could also be a bit thicker for my taste.
I would have loved it if it wasn't for the bubbles...

I had this yesterday served in a bottle at the Butcher's Tears brew pub.
I remember a very complex nose of a sour wheat twang, coriander, spice and exotic fruits
The taste was difficult to judge as it was so overcarbonated. After quite a while I got some wheat sourness and bitter.
Too much carbonation making it really burpy and thin.
Sad that a great promise was unfullfilled. Would like to have it again properly carbonated.
