Great fine bubbled foam that lasts and leaves a lacing. Body is murky copper orange with lots of fine bubbles. Too cloudy for a beer that was resting in the fridge for a month.
Smells of trappist yeast, biscuit malt, nicely hidden alcohol, spices (phenols)
Starts with medium dark malts, booze and ends on a hoppy note of resin.
Body is medium, some fine tickles in mouth, feels a little flat on this hot day.
Another really interesting one of this emerging brewery. Nose makes this a tripel, but in taste it leans also towards a quadrupel and also Belgian strong ale, but the most interesting and "out-of-belgium" is the resiny hoppy note from the target hops that adds something unique. Mouthfeel (too flat) and appearance (too cloudy) need improvement to make this a top beer. Well done guys, hang in there!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
