There are not a lot of breweries in Northern Wyoming, so sometimes you take what you get. With that said, do not even think about it. Keep driving. Go somewhere else, anywhere else. It is hard to put in to words how terrible the beers are at this particular establishment.

what a cool little brewery in the middle of the trip from denver to montana, a perfect place to stop for a libation, and you definitely should, because this place is awesome. another one that is so much more than the sum of its scores in these almost irrelevant categories, the overall is amazing. tiny system, just three barrels and not a ton of fermenters, so understandably only five or seven beers on tap. more than just generic styles though, which was great. they had a ginger pomegranate saison that was excellent, and a nice rich english/american ipa hybrid. i loved the black ipa too, and the space is so cool. its all wood, rustic, fitting of the little old heritage town its in, and with a sprawling back room, plenty of space for expansion, a kitchen, and live music, although i dont know if any of that is part of what they do. just such a mellow vibe, even for a friday evening, and people hanging out were stoked to be there. service was real friendly, owner and brewer was on hand (although too busy to beg for his time), and my overall impression of this place was extremely positive. i assume the beer has gotten better over time, just looking at the ratings. everything i tasted i liked a lot, and i cant wait to come back. such a groovy little brewery, this is what its really all about. true americana right here, a gem to say the least.

Came here specifically for the oatmeal stout, but was out of luck. Did a sampler of their other beers which were OK to good but not close their beer I tried at the GABF. Seemed to be a new place, nice facility and talk of expansion. Potential but still not there for me. Might stop back if in area, but that is unlikely.
